Mike said it was an easy case, but he was unprepared and he lost. After he lost, he said we could go downstairs and file again, but he would have to charge me a second retainer. I said no. Mike then told me his only regret was not charging me more, he thought for sure he’d get me to go around twice.

Great communication skills, kept me up to date with all information and helped me get driving privileges on a lifetime suspension (something I didn't think I had a chance of), also working hard to help out one of my family members! Mike Allen is not the attorney you need! He is very unprofessional and aggressive, towards his clients by hanging up the phone and yelling. He don’t take his time and listen to his clients, and he’s always “busy”. When requesting information he neglects you soon as money is paid upfront. After that he stop doing his diligence on specific case work.

Looking for an attorney??? Keep looking. Mr. Allen is very unprofessional!! We hired Mr Allen for an aggravated menacing charge that should’ve went to trial. When we first met with him he gave an entirely different perception of what he thought about the case. Once he received our $3000 fee upfront he then put forth no effort on the case and then strong armed me into taking a plea. He showed up late for court two out of three times and seemed very bothered to even hear my side of the story or provide any “defense” once he took the upfront cost. He should not even be practicing law anymore. If you don’t care about your clients or the case get out of the profession. Do NOT waste your money hiring this man.
