I used Mr. Bogen to assist me in having my felony removed. He made the process extremely easy for me! He was very easy to deal with and extremely polite. Definitely recommend him to anyone! My review needs edited. Mr Bogen did not remove my felonies. Even though I have as told that what was going in. He I ly sealed them. I was told after our court hearing that my felonies were removed and that I could legally own a firearm again. I was told this by James himself. I purchased a few firearms. A few weeks later I was talking with a friend. He tells me that I'm not able to own a gun because I'm still a felon. I reached out to James. He then verified it was true, I was not able to own a gun. He risk me he spoke with a friend of his that knew. He said I would have to contact her. Then he said he would just do what needed to be done so I can get my right back. He said he needed some info from me. I responded "whatever you need brother". 3 weeks go by and I hear nothing. I asked him again what info he need. He said he wanted to send me something. 3 more weeks go by and still nothing. I asked again what was needed. He said again he needed to send me something. So, I gave him my address, my email and my cell phone. He then called me with an attitude literally saying "this isn't a 5 my minute process that was can just rush". Talking to me as if I was his kid and I was in trouble. I immediately took him "you've been 6 weeks if silence. No one is rushing you anf you'll never get the chance.tontlak to me like that again. Then he send me a few messages saying sorry he was in a morning rush and he didn't mean it. I don't believe it one bit. If I would have been pulled over or something happen after I purchased those firearms when he said I was good, id be in the penitentiary because he told me I had my rights back and i did not. So my experience with him was not good. He did. Not do what he was supposed to do. He was arrogant and rude to me on the phone because he was having a bad morning. Find your someone else.
