Was asked to send over documents... So I sent over documents however many days later no response I actually had to call multiple times to get a response and of course he doesn't help with the people.... Unprofessional rude inconsiderate of people's time frames. This gentleman couldn't even tell me he wouldn't take the case had to have his little lackey send me a text couldn't even talk to the living man to tell him why...... So now I got documents out there that I don't want viewed by anybody who knows if they're going to be destroyed or what's actually going to happen to the documents that I sent over since he's unprofessional I guess I'll have to be on the lookout for more identity theft..... Possibly.

I paid Mark Eppley 7500 dollars to represent me in my divorce case and he was a no show never did anything for me never filed anything on my behalf just gave me the runaround every time. I've been trying to get my money back since may 14th he just keeps telling me he'll look into it and tells me it's been sent to me but it hasn't. I really hope he starts doing the right thing I'm not the first person he's done this to I'll be contacting the bar association.

Forgot about me twice. First time he was over an hour late after our 5:00 appointment calling me. Second time he was to call me on a Tuesday and l never heard back from him. I called his office and left a message. I finally get a call back from someone in his office telling me that l have until October to file my Civil Case but he refused to take my case. The End!

I retained Mark Eppley in May 2021 to represent my brother in a federal case. Mr. Eppley accepted $6,500 and did absolutely nothing never filed a motion to be the attorney on record nor offered an ounce of legal advice. I have been patiently working with him to obtain a full refund but he constantly has excuses for why he doesn't keep his word. I am at wits end and will be filing a grievance with the Ohio State Bar and a civil suit seeking the remainder of the balance due. This is a conman!
