I called and specifically asked if they have a free consultation with a attorney and they said no I was good with that. Then they called me back and said she was wrong and they do have a free initial consultation. They gathered all my info which took almost 30 minutes and said they will have an assistant call me not a attorney. They do charge for Attorney consultation. Complete waste of time and deceptive practice!

Absolute shame I didnt get the chance to work with them. Didnt get passed the first call with Cheryl who was extreamly rude and overly condescending. Quickly realized this isnt someone i wanted to deal with, regardless how good Gary and the team are. Firstly being told I picked the wrong date for a consultation, (the only date available on the website was 1 day next week) although proceeded to call me today anyway and tell me i picked the wrong date?? Then being asked "was committed to hiring a attorney right now?" of course responding with "yes" to be then asked the same question again and responding with "Yes, I don't have an attorney and I am looking for representation". This followed Cheryl letting out a sigh and huffed down the phone and abruptly said "The question I asked you was if you are committed to hiring an attorney right now. Which i provided the same response 3 times? Im not sure if Cheryl was having a bad day, didnt have her ear piece in or was asking a question that i clearly wasnt understanding but terrible customer service and needs to go back to customer relation training quickly. My apologies I hope this does not effect business for Gary S.Austin. I wanted this to be seen by the business to correct the poor relations from this lady
