Went to them for help with a misdemeanor, although it's a simple case & my record is clean. They for some reason can't call you with any updates or give you any information without you bugging. I could call the DA office & go to court myself but that's what you get these services for Edit: The point of my review is I've got no update whatsoever, Only time I get any information is when I call in & sometimes I'm told I will get a call back & nothing. The response I've gotten should prove something & hopefully it helps you pick a law firm that will at least show they care
