Wow just unbelievable my mother has had questions about her Trust and wants to make changes...Wanting to make a appointment to come in..Was told that someone would call to have her trust in front of her and her questions ready..She is in her 80s and gets confused sometimes..And so if the legal assistant cant answer her questions then she will be given a appointment to come in...Screening a clients concerns before allowing a in person sit down ..She pays a good amount of money for services why cant she come in by making a appointment..Was told over the phone that's just the way it is was a rather abrupt and very disheartening phone call rather unprofessional....

I Chose The Darling Law Firm , based on past experiences with my mother -in-law who, contracted their services for a living trust in 2016. When she passed, 2017, EVERYTHING went as she wished with no tax obligations or further expenses. As a result, I made a trust with Darling Law firm for my own family (wife and kids). More recently, in Dec 2023, my mother passed away with no trust/will. Her estate is worth several million Dollars. After realizing pretty quick, my sister was trying to prevent me from having any part of the estate (which I am entitled to as decedents son) I contacted the Darling Law firm, yet again and had Ryan Darling, Son of Scott Darling the founder, enter the estate into PROBATE. This set sister my off, MAYA CHARLES, who is manipulative, vindictive and mentally ill. She left a scathing review on this site for all to see against Ryan Darling. The reason- she was not awarded sole ADMINISTRATOR of the estate by the court, despite her giving me and Mr. Darling in writing, an agreement giving me sole Administrative privileges over the estate. Even after this letter, she went to court to object to me being administrator, to which the judge finally asked her why she said I could be the administrator if she objected? Needless to say, judge awarded me the position for several reasons. MAYA CHARLES has a mental illness, like my mother, and her bad review here clearly illustrates this problem. Ryan Darling ONLY DOES PROBATE LAW. With this, comes a very straight forward black and white approach. This is not divorce court and there’s nothing to argue over. She retained her own attorney who eventually dumped her for obvious reasons. Ryan Darling did nothing unethical or rude, was completely professional towards her and attempted to find a middle ground between the three of us. In the end, my sister realized she is not the sole heir to the throne, got mad when she did not get her way, and made it publicly known, through a bad review, who she really is. I highly recommend, endorse, and use the Darling Law firm for ALL your trust or probate requirements, as I’ve worked with Mr Darling Senior (Scott) and Junior (Ryan).

My husband had his trust done here long time ago, and we had made some changes to our personal trust. Long story short as I read these reviews, I was yelled at and hung up on several times by the lady which I believe is the mother. It was a horrible experience. It had me so shaken I could not believe any company would yell at you and hang up on you, we have we have our business elsewhere. I cannot do business with a company who does not treat people with respect and kindness.

Excellent service, excellent job setting up our trust. We can always call for answers to questions we think of. Have referred at least 4 people so far that have all used them directly for their own trusts plus trusts for their relatives. No one has had anything but praise for Darling Law. They also help those that are dealing with executing your trust when that time comes, helping them through the steps involved at that time. Will continue to highly recommend Darling Law!
