Not the great experience, feels very unorganized, seems like no one really knew what was going on when I called in about the status of my case, nor anyone in the office there to help. it came to a point where I requested a refund due to the attorney not showing up to my court hearing per unexpected circumstances which I completely understand but with no communication from anyone involved is very surprising. As far as the refund and “substitution of attorney” doc. This process took almost 3 months to complete. And within those months, every time I called no one was in the office to help or give me direction to what else was needed and why it was taking so long. And to top it off I received the refund check today which they had charged me $850.75 for a few emails back and forth?? And some client set up fees?? And supposedly some drafting fees which I never received any copies of those documents or whether they spoke to my exs attorney or not. The only documents I have on record that was submitted to myself, the other attorney. and the court was the “substitution of attorney” all other documents I did myself and sent this attorney all my copies which I guess they charge for that type of work.. haha I honestly want my full refund besides the WORK that was actually completed. I don’t recommend this place based on my personal experience.

If you want to be extorted strongarmed straight out builled not respresnted properly they are the ones you don't want theytake your money and bully you straight strongarmhold your money hostage after they get your money then leave u hanging in court for years Iverson never repersents you in less than 6 months 3 different attorney's were to repersent my friend the one who did show up didnt even askfor defenses proof he doesnt even work there any more high turn over of staff attorney's BIG RED FLAG must be nice they helped you they terrorized us I recommend this office to a friend so they could help him with divorce they took his money think around 7000 or more went to court once got screwed with judgement due to iversons flucky never protested the evidence or should i say lack of his spouses lack of proof no bank statements has taken over 175.000 that shes not owed never paid taxes on so my friend had to pay her taxes they always have a trun around of staff you never know who's going to be there or who's the attorney going to represent you. It will be 4 yrs and he's no closer to a divorce than he was 4 yrs. ago but he's still ordered to PAY for a judgment he shouldnt b. they have his money I told them he has cancer they don't care just steal your money. guess it's time to protest with sign in front of their building to warn people against getting taken advantage of from them it doesn't take 4 yrs to get divorced so don't trust them they will not represent you well just take your money and sorry about your bad luck anit got time they have all the power all I have is prayer so anyone else out there got screwed by them contact me iam easy to find they probably did represent youu I believe you because I know for fact they lie cheat destory attack when you question their tactics. They don't want to help only take YOUR MONEY. HIGHLY CANT RECOMMEND was in same office building last week to see a attorney for myself they terrorized me while I was in attorneys office I have witnesses scream down halls for me it was frightening havent seen been there for yrs with my friend been busy trying keep him alive We gave up he probably will never get his. divorce he paid for and then some typical ca attorneys As God as. my witness I speak truth fact I believe they terrorized me to keep his money and not finish his divorce they punishing their client due to I caught. them trying sell me a line bs called her out on straight out 5yrs trying to get a divorce had fight for return of money which they over charged fluffed up bill u do not want to trust iverson or Danielle they are crocks straight out filing formal complaints to bar they that bad

I had a complicated real estate forgery issue with an adversary who was an experienced real estate attorney/litigator. I had consulted three other attorneys who had made suggestions that were less certain in outcome than this firm. Mr. Iverson and his staff exceeded my expectations and met their commitments to me. So if you need a legal response that requires: 1. Fast (timely) responses, ...or the 2. Best knowledge in terms of protecting the client (reading the adversary and those involved), ...or services that are 3. Affordable and extremely efficient, saving unneeded expenses (while friendly and professional), ...or you have a complex issue requiring 4. Detailed insight as to the technical issues of a complex situation while identifying and prioritizing the really critical issues with which to be dealt. This firm will be a great, and possibly, the best choice for your project. I hope this long narrative helps. I rarely, if ever, have submitted reviews but this issue affected my daughter and me. Created my own account with the court so I would be able to view my case status. Once in, I saw the timeline of everything filed by Danielle and her group. Everything filed spot on. Timing and turnaround at every stage was excellent. It is not the easiest filing but they have helped me through every issue. Highly recommend!!
