She was hired as minors counsel and came to me saying the other party “wasn’t the brightest bulb in the box” but then my attorney went against her in another case, which Marie apparently got nasty about. When it came to my case, she came to court reporting something completely different than what was communicated with me, prior to her going against my attorney in a separate case. Marie created Australian history by having my child sent home via the Hague convention in what was an unprecedented event: Usually, the other parent has 6 weeks to prepare for court and my ex husband had 1 hour. My ex husband is also an attorney. The Hague Convention is an extremely complex system to navigate through and my representative out of the Australian Attorney General's office, was also incredibly impressed by the way in which Marie orchestrated having my daughter returned to me. The judge asked my daughter in his chambers if she wanted to return back to Australia to be with me and (in a state of shock), she said, "no". The judge still ruled in our favour and my daughter was put on a plane back to Australia immediately. None of this would have happened without Marie and her amazing team who are proficient, diligent and always there to answer the phone and e-mails. To say that Marie has changed our lives is an understatement. Marie (and her team), isn't just a "family law attorney", she is a gladiator for justice.

Mrs. Meyers represented myself and even more so MY SON for almost 2 years. I was more then pleased.
