You don't have me as a client because the vehicle was under my mother in laws name. Due to a friend's recommendation we began our lemon law case against GM with Zamora Law. However they had terrible communication throughout the whole process. After a lot of back and forth we settled on the last offer they presented to us in April 2024 which was not what we were expecting but we were done with the lengthy process that was obviously not going anywhere. We waited to finalize the settlement but we're NEVER contacted. So in June 2024 we reached out again and we're told by one of the employees that the lawyer thought what GM was offering wasn't enough and said the next step would be to file a lawsuit and if we wanted to proceed. We agreed and told them to start the process. However about a month and a half later we were called to set up an appointment to sign paperwork. We asked what the new settlement was and were told that they didn't have the paperwork in hand and that we wld go over everything Aug. 2. During the meeting we were told that the settlement we reached in APRIL of 2024 is what they had to offer, when asked why they didn't processed with the lawsuit they themselves recommended we got a "well this is where we're at". Zamora Law was very unprofessional throughout the whole process.
