My experience with this law firm was not great whatsoever. My incident was involving a semi HIT AND RUN. I waited 3 years for my case to come to an end and ended up with only 25 thousand. During mediation I was told I’d be getting 30 K. I got an email saying I was receiving 25 K towards the end. I am still in very much pain from my incident and I’m here to let people know that this law firm is dishonest and will not fight for you. If you situation isn’t involving a serious case like mine don’t think you’ll be getting anything from this law firm. I’d definitely look somewhere else!

I agree with those comments left by other reviewers "Wenholz|Dow law office handles case straight forward and resolving a case rapidly." My case was a bit complicated due to the negligence from traffic officers involved, handled my case poorly and unprofessionally. A simple common sense case that "failed to yield the right of way on a left turn is against the law" became a nightmare to me last for almost 5 years. Highly recommend Dave Wenholz and his team. No one likes to deal with legal matters (and with lawyers), but Mr. Wenholz is a nice guy and very competent.
