UNPROFESSIONAL DOESN'T BEGIN TO DESCRIBE IT I trusted her bc my doctor recommended her. But it's been OVER TEN YEARS of her saying she's taking care of my case and she never did anything! I was denied repeatedly because she never bothered to send in the paperwork requested! Now it's been so long since I've been able to work at all since I've been completely incapacitated that I don't have enough credit years to EVEN FILE AGAIN. AND SHE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE COMMON COURTESY TO NOTIFY ME WHEN SHE QUIT OR EVEN REFER MY CASE.

If I could give no stars I would. She agreed to take on my daughter's case. We followed the steps as directed. 99% of the time I would call the office I would get VOICE MAIL. Even though she had 2 Paralegals working there. I would leave a message with NO RETURN CALLS, I would call various times of the day, and no one every picked up the phone. The attorney doesn't believe in E-mail so you can't email anyone to get a response. Unprofessional in every aspect. I would not waste your time. Find an attorney that cares about you and your case, not just dollar signs.

Would recommend them to anyone just as they were recommended to me. Glad to have Mrs Melissa working on my case. She is on her game, works hard and returns calls. Very satisfied..

Ms. Felps was great at the 1st meeting. BUT after the 1st meeting we never spoke to her again! Could never be reached via phone, email or messages. High staff-turnaround! Unresponsive! and horrible customer service.

I agree with Jennifer. No stars is what she deserves. I have a physical and mental disability do to a stroke I had. She told me to go to the doctor wich i did. Her staff aperantly was not able to get records from my doctor. Amenda said I had to get the records my self, because she was not having any luck. Amenda has her baby at the office all the time "maybe why she cant answer the phone, get doctors records or do her job" very improfessional. so i did. I gave Marry Ellen letters and all the paper work, some how she said that i didnt have enough proof that i had a disability she was so rude to me on the day of court she yelled at me and told me to leave or to go up but i was going to loose . She said i was cocky and arrogant and that the judge was not going to like me or give me any benefits. I told her that was unethical, because i clearly have a physical disability she said she was done talking with me. She was going to ask for an extension. I didnt hear from her then i get a letter from disability saying that I chose to withdraw my case. When i called her office Amenda said Phellps did not want to represent me and that i would have to start all over again. I cant belive her. I really have a disabilty and 4 kids have not been able to work and she just dropped me because she didnt like me. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH HER AND HER RUDE STAFF.
