My Attorney was Jeanne Normandeau from the first day we met in her office I never felt rushed, she spend the time with me that was appropriate for me to understand the process and put me at ease with my circumstances! Jeanne would answer all my questions! When the times came when I needed to talk to her by phone, I would email or text and she responded promptly with day and time when she would be available to talk !🙂 When it got close to the day of my DMV hearing by phone and I wanted to testify, she call me before the hearing date and spend a good amount of time coaching me step by step honest instructions for my first and last drink and what I have had for dinner that evening!
