About Stoddard Law Office

Attorney Paul M. Stoddard received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and received his Juris Doctor from Glendale College of Law. While attending the University of Southern California Law Center, he received advanced degrees in civil litigation and bankruptcy. Mr. Stoddard received an additional diploma from National Institute of Trial Advocacy after completing an intensive professional training program in the Art and Skills of Trial Advocacy. He has been admitted to practice in all courts of the State of California, including the 9th District Federal Court of Appeals, the Federal Central District and the Federal Eastern District. Mr. Stoddard has litigated matters in both Federal and State Courts. In the past, Mr. Stoddard acted as V.P. General Counsel and Secretary for First Trust Bank in Southern California. There he maintained active litigation of over 200 cases, negotiated cash collateral agreements in Federal Bankruptcy Court, defended the bank against all actions brought against it, assisted real estate development subsidiary and obtained prejudgment writs of attachment and possession in the liquidation of delinquent customer businesses. His experience providing legal representation to the bank has given him a better oversight when handling financial matters for his clients.
