Stephen L Klimjack was not and is not a lawyer on your side. I went to him for help and still lost vehicles to repossession and ended up owing more money than when I started. If he was not able to help to get me fresh start then he should not have taken my case. He did not explain what happens when you file bankruptcy and making it impossible to speak to creditors and he did not explain the legal verbiage of all the many letters we received. He called from a Montgomery phone number and I don’t live there and expected me to know that. Got letters to attend court and then show and we were not supposed to be there. He was supposed to help with debt not place us in deeper debt. His commercials are misleading and he seems to be more interested in easy money and not actually helping clients. It was a sham after we signed everything expecting he was acting in our best interest only to two months later finding our vehicles repossessed without notice. We quickly found out what legal terms meant. Too late for anything. I do not recommend this lawyer. Speaking with me day of confirmation and you recommending to end and then refile was not my suggestion but your advice and you still got 1100 with no inconvenience and we still did not get help. Numerous being day 1 and 1 phone call and day of confirmation over 8 months. If I could have made payments I would not have had to file bankruptcy.

Had a 10am appointment, got to office and no receptionist. I could her conversations in back so knocked on the door leading down hall. A voice says in a meeting will be with you shortly. 30 minutes later still no receptionist or response from anyone. Very unprofessional office with nasty carpet and spiders hanging from the ceiling.

Have tried to get someone to call me back for a week now. Turned in papers to be filed with the court still have not been filed. Npr can I get a call back. This isn't the first time either. Last time it took !e three months to get a call back. Almost had my case dismissed because paperwork was not filed right and on time. Next stop is to go over their head and get it taken care of. Would not recommend him to anyone

Helped me file for chapter 13, but since then he's been no help at all. Tried calling on numerous occasions and he has yet to return any of my calls.
