I had a consultation appointment with Matthew Moore. He did provide us with some information that was helpful. He seemed to be in over his head with how bankruptcies can affect Medicaid, especially for an elder person. I would think someone who specializes in bankruptcy would be familiar or have the right resources to get the correct information. My main issue is that after the initial consultation, I was completely ghosted. I called 3 times and sent multiple emails and never heard anything back. My sister was in the call and heard something completely different than me. I laid out my interpretation in an email to Mr. Moore. All I was asking for was clarification so we would know how to proceed. Very disappointed after jumping through all the hoops they needed just to get that appointment. I even offered to pay for the additional clarification, as I don’t expect anyone to work for free. Adding that this was almost one year ago. I was hoping eventually someone would respond. Nothing in all this time.

The receptionist needs a new job. Her attitude and responses are always terrible. She need to be replaced. If I never knew how good the lawyers were I wouldn’t of chose this place based off her unprofessionalism.
