Do NOT retain Chase for a Federal case. He appeared competent on State level and expected a favorable outcome. As soon as the Feds took over the case he folded like a paper bag. He took the money and threw in the towel on the first court appearance. HE PUT UP NO FIGHT! A public defender would have worked harder than he did. No confidence in him. He is NOT who you want for a Federal case.
