If I could leave a zero star I would. Their office staff are rude and disrespectful. They believe you don’t understand them and start talking to their co-workers in English being disrespectful and insulting you to them. She stated her name was lorrie she currently has red hair. I stated I was taking my business somewhere else due to her rudeness and horrible attitude and behavior she responded in a rude manner go ahead and do whatever you want. I didn’t even get a chance to meet with the lawyer so I can’t speak about her. Based on the representation she has in her office I would not recommend anyone wasting their money on this law firm!!!! If supposedly you are there to help us, you should be polite and do it with a smile since you are in a customer service business. Worse experience in my life made me feel inhumane!!! Seemed a little racist as well and only speaking on this front desk individual with red hair named Lorrie
