For an attorney, Ms. Lane does not prioritize communication. Even after various emails, she did not have the decency to respond and ‘ghosted’ me. Super unprofessional.

I am very unhappy with the services provided. I try to contact Mrs. Lane and she always seems to be in a meeting or not in office but has not had the decency to update me on my case, or return any of my phone calls. I believe I have been very patient with her and her staff, but they are not very helpful.
