I Hired Gary Smart 9 years ago. Between my ex wife and the DA I was facing 20+ years. Gary fought hard for me. Took a 10 year plea to 5 years probation even through covid. Gary was there every step of the way I couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend Gary Smart for all your criminal court needs.

Talk about bad luck! Gary smart makes it SO OBVIOUS that he works for the other team…completely ignores my education on the legal system an continues to do NOTHING at all for me…And then had the nerve to tell me “sometimes they combine 2 charges” if the county has a opportunity to make money off 2 bonds instead of one do you think they will combine 2 separate possession charges into one?? Basically instead of ONE $10,000 bond they can hit me with 2 $10,000 bond a get twice the money…but he implies they combined the 2 charges for MINE & THEIR convenience I guess?? Got to make it at least LOOK like your a public defender and NOT playing golf with the DA and judges every weekend…FIGURE OUT WHAT SIDE OF THE LAW U WANT TO BE ON GARY!! Because eventually yall all will be exposed !!

I was recommended by another attorney to contact Lori Robinson for my case. I tried called Friday and left a voicemail. Then I called Monday left a message with a lady in the office. Still no return call. I tried again Tuesday. They said consultation is $300 dollars. I am concerned with paying $300 dollars and being told they cannot take me case. I wanted someone to look up my divorce records and take some details down. Let me know if it a case they would even work with or on. I wanted to know if it is possible. I am looking for the right kind of lawyer who handles cases with my issues. Someone who is able to understand my sons health needs and my needs. TEXAS COURT SYSTEM ARE HORRIBLE ENOUGH HAS IT IS. The office lady transfered me to Scott an Attorney who I am guessing we did not get along very well. I asked to many questions. I asked for names of cases in Texas where a parent got full custody. Something that I can read online. He said, "I can not share that information the only cases he knows are the ones they have worked on and won." I said, I am looking for something public like Roe Vs Wade or Brown Vs Board of Education. He said, "I do not know any off the top of my head." I said ok and laughed. "I was thinking to myself this is the end of the day and I am asking too many questions." He got upset with me for laughing said, I was being rude and hung up the phone on me. I called back again leaving another voicemail with my phone number and apologized to Scott "I meant no disrespect and I am sorry for laughing". I can not recommend attorney I never hired nor ever got to speak with! Before you call just realize they want $300 for a consultation, one hour, no modification, no exceptions, no garranttee, and no it does not go towards your the balance of the retainer. No empathy, nor human compassion! Thanks, but no thank you!
