I worked with Greg Russell and Jonathan Brodin. They seemed like knowledgeable attorneys, and I did get the documents I was looking for from them, eventually. But, I had two major issues with my experience. I didn’t feel like a valued client from them. I had to reach out several times to receive my time sensitive documents 2 weeks later than promised. And I got the impression if I had not been a pester, I would have been forgotten and potentially never received the documents. Attention to detail was not up to what I would expect from attorneys. There were several errors in the details. Fortunately they were all in material that was non-technical enough that I could catch. But I am far from a legal expert and if the error in details was in something more technical I would never know. I am giving two stars because Jonathan was quite responsive and quick to fix the errors. I also got what seems to me like a solid document. However based on my experience I would never recommend them to anyone. I cannot speak to the rest of the attorneys at the firm as I had no interaction with any of them.
