Amazing. Period. Given a list of possible attorneys I decided to go local and see how it would go with Chihak & Associates. I have to say I could not have picked a better choice. From start to finish Chihak & Associates have been explaining everything simply and easily. John has been amazing since day 1 to infinity, available if I needed him. John told me everything that would happen from the very beginning. I feel like they can see the future. Everything they said would happen happened. Every document they would need, every hospital record, every deadline, and in the time they said it would happen happened exactly or sooner than they said. Social Security took its time to schedule the appeal hearings with the judge, but John prepared me with how long from the start of the appeal through the hearing. My hearing date was scheduled on the month he said it would exactly. The one thing I was worried about was not having an attorney who would remember me or care about my case, but John made me feel comfortable from the start of getting my appeal through my hearing and after. They had me prepared a hundred steps in advance so everything was taken care of and in order. Cheryl held my hand all the way through if I needed it. I never had to worry about anything, ever. Robyn helped me get everything ready and walked me through all of the documentation needed and what would be used in the hearing. And John walked me through the hearing with the judge and what would happen after, step by step. I got approved! And once I was approved for SSA Disability Benefits, Dan was fantastic with Medicare and help transitioning from Medicaid. I am so grateful for everything. Thank you John! Thank you Robyn! Mr. Chihak and his associates are awesome people who got me through the disability process really quickly the FIRST time they worked on my case with very professional skills, they were friendly, personable, down to earth, communicating when its appropriate to do so. All in all I am very impressed with him and his law firm.

I want to give a big thanks to John Chihak and Cheryl Huffman for helping me to get my Social Security Disability Benefits. I started working at 19 yrs old and worked 36 yrs until I became physically unable to. I suffer from rheumatoid, spinal stenosis and sciatica.
