Initial appointed lawyer said I had a high chance of winning. 6 months later they change my lawyer, this one said settling was best after I already spend so much I could have settled myself. Now I am paying about 10k in fees to this lawyer and settling for 15k +. Also, they dont update me until I call and email. Every 2 sentence response on updates are billed for $25.
