I met Mr. Mitchener about 5 or 6 years ago and continued on with him when he moved and opened up his own practice. BEST decision ever made. Horrible law firm! They are eager to get you signed up, but then are slow as molasses to win your case! I almost lost my claim. David was ok when the other insurance company didn’t accept liability when the other driver was clearly at fault! Glad I changed law firms and back on track to winning my claim.
