I chose Kim based off of reviews and I am glad I did. Kim and her team are incredible. The tools were easy to use, and I had issues with uploading some documents and Katarina was able to process them for me. They were patient and thorough and made sure I had everything I needed. Kim was more than happy to meet me in person even though she does offer virtual services. I felt more comfortable in person and they accommodated me. The pricing is also good. She's not the cheapest nor the most expensive from what I saw, but I'm glad I chose her. I definitely felt like she was worth every single penny. The entire process was a breeze. I have friends and family who are contemplating their financial future, and I trust them with her.
