I am grateful for working with Jennifer on my court cases. I had no prior experience being in my situation (falsely accused of domestic violence and endangering my children), and I was clueless on what to do. Jennifer walked me through the journey, the length of time and documentation I should gather. The process did indeed take a long time, and we did so during COVID’s pandemic. She represented me building up my criminal defense case, and resulted in the DA offering a reasonable plea. I chose to plead “No Contest” to avoid a lengthy and dramatic trial. In my case, I felt all we had was my story and their story. She represented me in my civil case against my wrongful accusation, and we proved to the judge that the other party was at fault. Jennifer negotiated with the other party so that I could have primary custody of my kids. It took over 11 months before I could have my kids again, but we remained steady and determined.
