He told me we would fight for custody. Gave the man 5k. I don’t think he ever opened my folder to look at any evidence. Told me I took the wrong steps. But when I gave him all the findings of my case. The steps he told me I should have taken. He did not take himself. Ex wife moves over 60 miles twice and I brought it to his attention. What did I pay him for. Just to stack papers and then argue for me to settle. The court system and lawyers is a joke. They only want your money like if we have that laying around just to hand out like breath mints. They lost receipts of payments and had to get copies of mine. Clearly he is taking on too many clients and can’t handle the work load. Steer clear when it comes to custody issues.

Robert E Lusk Jr June of this year I hired @Robert E. Lusk Jr. to assist me with filling for custody and visitation of my son TB2. When I hired @Robert E Lusk Jr I expressed to him the need to have an immediate hearing. He took my money with a smile. Here it is August and I called Robert E Lusk Jr’s office and was told by him that I wouldn’t get a hearing. With no explanation as to why. I became frustrated (Yes I used profanity bc my son is currently in the projects of Philly. I’m concerned for his safety) and told @Robert E Lusk Jr. He was weak and inconsiderate to the fact that Black Men should raise their sons.
