I called to schedule a consultation with miss lorde a week in advance and everything seemed fine i paid for the consultation and then received a call the day before my consultation stating that they do not take cases in San Bernardino and it was a mistake on their end but they could recommend another attorney I asked for a refund for the consultation so I could schedule one with an attorney that could take my case and still have not received it and when I call they stated its an issue with my bank and the refund had been issued 2 days ago so now I just feel like I’ve been scammed since I have not received my money now their saying it’s not their issue after they mislead me into even making the payment for a case they couldn’t take and I wasn’t even informed of the mistake until the evening before my scheduled consultation and now I can’t even schedule with another attorney until I receive the refund from this attorney so now my whole case is being held up this is very unprofessional and inconvenient for me and my kids since I’m going through a time sensitive custody case I will not ever attempt to go to these people again and would not recommend sending any money unless u want the run around like I’ve been getting I would give 0 stars if I could
