My wife and I applied for Adjustment of Status through the law firm of Lakshmi three years ago, and the service we received was highly disappointing. Despite demanding full payment upfront, the office not only misguided us but also nickel-and-dimed us for every question we asked. There was a constant lack of transparency, and procedural errors led to unnecessary delays. Additionally, she filed forms without using the online option, so all responses went through her office, resulting in extra charges. My wife’s case was ultimately denied by USCIS because we were never informed about the RFE notice, and we couldn’t track the case online. When we confronted her, she constantly blamed USCIS and the postal system for the issues. We had to hire a different attorney midway through my process. Given the miserable experience we had, I cannot recommend this law firm to anyone.
