Scheduled intake call on 31 May received a calendar invite confirming the day and time; during the time of my appointment today 10 June I was ghosted by the intake specialist Marcee Williams and had to call the office twice asking for information about whether or not I would be speaking to someone about my issue. As of the time of this review I still have not been contacted. This is extremely time sensitive and the unprofessional manner in which this was handled tells me this office does not care about potential clients and thinks they can play games with no consequences. I was referred by another office and will be letting them know of my experience today so, going forward, they know not to recommend this law firm to anyone else.
