Joseph Doyle and Liz are truly wonderful! We've had the pleasure of knowing Joseph for five years. He's dedicated to his work and genuinely cares about his clients. He's also very informative and helpful in planning for the future. Liz is exceptionally patient and kind; she's one of the nicest people I've ever met. I enjoy speaking with them both and feel completely comfortable discussing my finances with them. The bankruptcy process was smooth and efficient. You couldn’t find anyone better than him!

to say that I love Joe and his family is an understatement. Joe Doyle literally saved my life and I thank him for it every day. If you’re looking for a good lawyer that actually cares and will fight for you and not dismiss you or your cares, you have the right guy. Even when Joe can’t do it, he will find someone who can help. He’s very resourceful very smart very great at what he does. He has helped me with two cases with absolutely zero issue. His prices are beyond reasonable and I was able to get another car just because they knew Joe Doyle at a very reasonable price. This is the guy that you want if you want to come out on top Joe Sr., Joe Jr., and Liz are the best. I’m forever grateful for them.

I’ve seen attorney Joseph Doyle on end of May, 2023. My less than 2 year old was just diagnosed with severe Autism and I was pregnant that time. I wasn’t able to work due to my daughter’s condition and I wasn’t able to pay my credit cards. I was paying minimum payment for so long and my debts were not going down, instead it was increasing constantly. They said I can file for bankruptcy. When I met Mr. Joseph Doyle he seems really nice and understanding. He said I can file for bankruptcy and it will be good option for me and they advised we are able to drop down house equity price and referred someone who works for them or same building to re-evaluation for $200 something. I paid for that and did an equity evaluation, our condo equity was increased due to high real estate market. They were super polite and really nice and advised all the good sides of Bankruptcy, even at the court I still have to pay money, they were kindly me pushing me for Bankruptcy. My stressed mind decided to trust them and file for Bankruptcy, so I put $500 as an initial payment. They advised that they will do nothing until I fully pay bankruptcy payment amount around $1,850. I reached out to few bankruptcy attorneys after I paid J.D $500, but all the other bankruptcy attorneys advised that Bankruptcy will be bad option for me due to house equity increase. Other attorneys advised me just stopped paying, since your debts are not that high amount and explain your situation to the banks and try negotiate certain time later. Iwasn’t able to pay remaining balance that over $1300 and also been not sure about filing for bankruptcy. My daughter has so many therapies, supplements, medical tests and expenses, so we’ve joggling between bills to bills. Then I gave birth and just stopped paying all of my credit cards as other attorneys advised. Banks started negotiating with me and sending letters with great payment options, exactly as other attorneys advised I contacted them to get a refund that $500 I paid since they didn’t even start my process yet, but the nice old lady on the phone said we will check your case deduct all of our payment and if there is a leftover money we’ll send you a check. I was confused because they clearly advised that they will not do anything until I fully pay for them. I did initial meeting with them which they clearly said that was free and I didn’t receive any call or anything about my case over a year. As she advised I wrote a request for refund and stopped by their office and handed them. It has been over a month and I haven’t heard anything from them about my request for refund and I didn’t my $500 or not even penny yet. I wish I spent that money on my daughter’s therapies and supplements. I am blaming myself being foolish, but I wish instead of pushing me to file bankruptcy, if they advised me as other attorneys advised I would probably make a good decision. They’re greedy and not honest as other law firms, they don’t offer you options, they’ll just push for bankruptcy. I wasn’t intending to write a review, because they were no case that they started yet and I expected my money back, hoping they’re honest people. But No. They don’t care about you at all.

To make sure everything clear I used my other account to left a review my experience with them before. You can read my other review with same name. To be fair I wanted to share picture that exactly what they sent to me. I guess they think they can scam me since it has been over a year. But I am honestly don’t want to pay anything except #1 in this picture. Also I have such a great memory, so i do remember every conversation with them. I trusted them and how I am $500 down /including unnecessary house evaluations that costs over $200/ and I wish that I spend that money on my severely disabled children’s medical test or supplements. They took $290 for 75 minutes attorney fee, when I tried to get reasonable refund. Refunded only $210.00. But it’s just funny the whole time when I was there with my children J.Doyle has been talking about that he was in FBI, how many grandkids he has, how he teaches them confidence, how he and his wife meets, how long he gas been doing bankruptcy attorney etc. He is nice old man and since I am asian I treat elders with great respect. He introduced me to his son and we just shakes our hand and his son said that I needed to get an equity evaluation to see if I can file bankruptcy. After the evaluation his son called me and said that I can file bankruptcy and it will be great for me etc. /that was the only time that we really discussed about bankruptcy without any other options, which I prefer that conversation was initial professional advice meeting, since that other conversation was just his dad introducing himself/ I am dumb enough to trust them because I trust nice old man thinking that they really wanted to help me. I went there with my husband to place my first payment which was $500. They clearly told me that they will do nothing until i fully paid for them. On this picture it says extra 10 minutes for meeting which J.Doyle introduced himself to my husband when we were paying that money, this whole time he was talking his FBI and his grandchildren stories. Later that day I had received a call from Geraci Law office, very nice lady talked to me on the phone and advised each and every options for me pros and cons etc. They didn’t charge me single penny and told me to feel free to contact them anytime I need help. They told me that they understand my situation, but bankruptcy will not be good option etc. They said that they’ll answer my questions free of charge whenever I call them, since bankruptcy will be terrible option for me. Couple days later I received a call from another bankruptcy office and they advised me exactly Geraci Law office advised, told me not to file bankruptcy. So I just decided to wait, I was pregnant with preeclampsia conditions, which requires me be in bed until baby turn 32 weeks, also I have a toddler with severe intellectual disability that requires so many therapies, I just really haven’t had any chance to call back or reached back to them. I had received 1 voice mail that says someone called them and said that someone’s house in foreclosure, J.Doyle think that was my house. I knew it wasn’t my house, so I didn’t even bother to call them. People who has kid with disability probably understand me because moms who has raising kid with disability feels like combat soldiers. Then I got a newborn and there were so many things on my plate already. Today when I opened the envelope to see my refund I got shocked that I charged $290 for listening J.Doyle was talking about himself and his family. Those details were ridiculous because I didn’t even talk to them after that, except calling and asking what to do to get refund. So shame on you really that being unreasonable! Also not being professional and advising everything on initial meeting like other bankruptcy offices. I really wanted to warn all of the people who are struggling with debt, just go with other offices. Before you make decisions hiring them. They charged me, the case that never started. GOD can hear, see and judge one day anyway.
