Ask for William McSurley. It’s likely that the Firm has a bevy of talented attorneys, but I can only review the one I got. The truth is - if you get rocked by false claims, allegations, and putrid opposing counsel, you will be in for a long fight. My divorce took 19 months to get back to 50/50 parenting; it cost me all my money, plus loans, and then some. Desiring an amicable divorce does not mean you will get one. Desiring a fair divorce is something you have to fight for and be patient to obtain. The decree is etched in stone, so make sure it says what you want it to.

Jaclyn has been my attorney for my divorce as well as my year long custody battle.
