Scam!! Keeps calling me for my family member for “medical debt” (literally legally cannot collect on medical debt, and he’s had state insurance that has no copays so we know this is definitely invalid). I have told them for over a year that this is not his number. He’s even called them himself multiple times and told them that it isn’t valid debt and not possible. They told him that they couldn’t give him information or details and then he called them a scam and the lady on the phone went off on him swearing and calling him profanities and then hung up. He called back and she told him she’d have a higher up call him to discuss and never did. He even gave them the correct number and they refuse to call him and just keep leaving me voicemails threatening that it’s going to court for over a year... I’m not sure what kind of law firm calls to “summons” someone or what law firm isn’t aware that in regards to debt if you’re asked to stop calling and don’t claim the debt as yours that they’re legally obligated to stop. Next time they call I will be the one sending a summons to them for court. They called today and I explained that I keep telling them to stop and they told me “I do see the note left this wont happen again” but they’ve been leaving “notes not to call” for over a year. Completely unprofessional and a SCAM!

I can not recommend this firm highly enough. I was entangled in a drawn-out legal battle with a partner (whom I was also in the midst of a divorcing) who suddenly closed a joint business checking account and began funneling money in to a separate account that she would give me no access to. Really bad firm. Don’t use this firm for anything. They lie to you and waste time to bill you for calls. There staff are kids out of school playing lawyer. Anthony eden horrible person who will lie the entire time he works on your case. Contact the ARDC if this has happened to you. We lost 40% of our property from movers, my wife and daughter are disabled and Tom acted like he cared. They don’t.
