There is a Bankruptcy lawyer at this firm that I would advise no one to use if filing bankruptcy his name is Kevin Paysinger he is awful. First of all you pay him your money he put you on trial as if he is the police, he goes after any assets you have to help the creditors, he is not on your side. He treated myself and my husband as if we owed him money and, he was there to collect. He was against us from day one it's so sad he is working under Lansing Roy's name, I know Mr. Roy is turning in his grave do not and I mean this with every thing I have choose this man to represent you in bankruptcy court you will forever be disappointed he is awful he also tries to use scare tactics for the creditors, he will make you feel awful DO NOT CHOOSE THIS MAN giving him one star is being to generous 😢

No one really likes to share when they are going through hard times. However, I worked with this office during one of mine. I mainly worked with Kevin Paysinger. I also had some interaction with Kathy and Bill from this firm as well. Let me just say they are all were awesome to work with. They were very professional and responsive in every aspect of my bankruptcy. I knew what was going to happen every step of the way. Understood what I needed to do, what was going to happen. Any questions I had they were able to help and they were able to do it quickly. They never had me wondering what was going on/happening or waiting for answers. Don't get me wrong I would hope to not need their services again. But if I ever need they would be the firm I would turn do. Great attorney. Kevin Paysinger was able to talk sense into the creditor. I had tried many times to make payments and settle the debt, but the creditor would not settle and wanted unreasonable and excessive fees that should never have been applied to the account. Mr. Paysinger brought to their attention legal defense, ramifications and possible outcomes. Not only did they settle, but reduced the amount I owed saving me money in the process. I was willing to pay the full amount actually owed, but after what they put me through, time spent, etc it was a great outcome. Very intelligent and knowledgeable.
