Since the unfortunate passing of Mr. Kimmey the firm's work has been nonexistent. In February the case passed 2 years so it was obvious the case was not going to be prosecuted, just needed something formal. Called monthly and they kept making excuses but promising they would get it taken care of. Two months ago got a formal letter from the county stating they were not prosecute. Still nothing from the law firm. If you are looking for a lawyer go somewhere else. This firm is worthless.
