Dean Fuchs is quite possibly the best attorney I have ever had the privilege of working with. From the moment I informed him about my issue, he gave me every option that I would face as well as solid resolutions to the matter. I have had the fortunate and unfortunate pleasure of working with SWTW, and more specifically Andrea Pawlak and Kevin Ward, both of which I can not speak highly enough about. I have been through the worst of life experiences and can honestly say that without their friendship and guidance I would be in a much different position. Andrea is by far the most prepared, educated, dedicated and passionate attorney that I have been exposed to. The single greatest attribute that stands above the rest is her ability to manage a client through what is seemingly their worst moments in life such as a child's death and/or a contentious divorce. Andrea brings a level of personal connection to the engagement and truly cares about the well being of her clients, not just the outcome! She knows the case inside and out and is so well prepared to provide her clients with the necessary information to make educated decisions. A lawyers job is not to make choices on custody as mentioned in a review below, that is the clients decision, your attorney should be a trusted ally that provides you with legal informed decision making options and aligns with your morals, values and ethics, I could not recommend Andrea and SWTW more because of this reason.

Andrea Pawlak does not have the best interest of the child in mind. She is only concerned with how she can make money. I have watched her badger a client into making decisions that they otherwise would not have made just to make herself more money by continuing to drag the case on and NEVER agreeing to any kind of settlement. One child now needs therapy because of how she had her client dangle the child in front of the other parent and let the child go to said parents house and then pulled them back for no reason other than it wasn’t helping her case to allow it. Therefore, if your child’s well-being is your priority, DO NOT use Andrea Pawlak!

It sure seems that Andrea Pawlock has nothing other than her own interest and allowing certain people to get away with keeping their child away from the other parent. When clearly it would benefit the child to have ample time with both parents, it seems that she values her opinion and oversight way too much. Clearly, the child’s best interest conflicts with her own personal interests and agendas. With having experience something like this on my own I consider her actions, heartless and damaging in the long run. The child’s best interest should come before anything in my opinion. Her neglect to do so is reckless and unprofessional.
