As a former federal employee who became disabled while in service to the government, I filed for the federal employee disability compensation. OPM denied my disability and fought me at every step. My case seemed hopeless. I searched for a firm that assisted people in my predicament. I called to set up a consultation but nobody called at the agreed time so I called them and the woman acted like I hadn't talked to her the day before. So about 24 minutes after the call was scheduled, one of their attorneys called and I explained the situation with my federal employment and she answered that they don't do cases like mine in a tone that suggested I should've already known. If you can't take my case, fine, that's what a consultation is for but don't ignore an appointment and then act like I should know it's not the type of case taken.

Fortunately or unfortunately I needed to use Southworth PC on two occasions. I am happy to say in both instances, I got great results. In the first case, the agency settled with me after depositions. In the second case, the agency decided to go the distance, but the result was the same. Shaun is a pitbull on depositions and calm, cool and collected in the courtroom. I am very happy that Shaun represented me in both of my cases, and the results were in my favor.
