This office represents our slum lords in court, and she continued our case for years because our case would of been thrown. the date of our most recent continuance was changed and didn't inform us, so they won by a technicality even though i had receipts on everything someone innocent lost. I had my wife an other family members help with cleaning up the house an they wrote witness statements for the judge also to back up my wife an I. It only needed new blinds for windows in the bedroom an a small window in the kitchen which i happened to break when we were cleaning it. They also said we destroyed the backyard which was done long before we moved in which was done by Moles which are still there btw .This lady represents a horrible landlord who take advantage of disabled veterans. I paid my rent on time for 4 years not ever missing one time. A couple months after my family an I moved out we asked the landlords for our deposit back. A month later we get a letter from this office saying we left the house in shambles an threatened us with litigation. Ive never heard of anyone leave a house in horrible condition after moving out an asking for the deposit back. My wife talked to other tenants who had the same landlord an this is something they Do frequently to other tenants. They sue everyone who rents from thier properties after they've move out. Be warned this business has no integrity. People deserve to know the truth about this law office an landlords.

Started out great. Then the attorney had a family issue and gave us to someone under her and assured us this person knew as much as she did. She didn't. She screwed us over on an issue with our home loan, on selling our house and a few other things she was not well versed in, that cost us time and money down the line. They finally gave us to someone else who looked at what happened, admitted this person had screwed us over and cost us more money and said well what are you wanting an apology? Never got one. No offer to make up amount, over spent at their negligence, by waiver of fee at the end. This was a really hard time for us as during this covid hit and my husband lost his job where we were told to bad payments have to be made anyway. Fortunate he got a job immediately.
