Over the past year, I have encountered severe issues with their communication and responsiveness. Despite being promised regular updates on my case, I have not received any communication from my assigned lawyer unless I initiated contact. Even then, it was the legal assistant who would eventually respond, creating unnecessary delays and confusion. Moreover, the limited interaction with my lawyer has been frustrating, as I only managed to speak with them once throughout this entire process. This lack of communication has left me feeling uninformed and uncertain about the status of my case, making an already challenging situation even more distressing. I had expected a higher level of professionalism and dedication from a law office that specializes in accident recovery. Unfortunately, the experience has been far from satisfactory.
