Sean is very professional and saved my professional career. I was under contract and got fired from an employer with no cause. He stood up for me and backed me up when no one else would. In the end after the dust settled, the firing turned out to be a blessing. I got a new better paying job closer to my family and parents. I had to relocate and start over, but it ended up being a blessing. I see lots of negative comments about his first initial fee. My question to them negative comments is, "Do you work for free at your job". No, you don't! He doesn't charge more than any other lawyer. He actually cared about my case. He actually cared about helping me get back on my feet in my career. Nothing but great things to say about Sean Dwyer. I would refer him to anyone in a similar situation I was in.

The jerk charges $300 for the first consultation. I said I couldn't afford that *at the moment*, especially for just a first time talk. Kansas and many corporate policy's here, harm individuals financially. As an employment lawyer who knows this, that just adds to the issue. To recognize a problem, but require OBNOXIOUS first time fees? Obviously Sean is in on the money scheme. He said I'm clearly looking for free services. Before I could correct him Sean hung up. I'm sure he has his own report in Wichita, but if you're new looking for a private attorney, know that he takes advantage of people on the premise of "I might help you". So keep that in mind when looking to Sean Dwyer. "I might help you for $300" Very uncool. P.S. if you're still reading. Consider a little more. Look at the photos, Look at the webpage Consider the location(Kansas) Consider what I've already said. His only review, is his wife bless her soul. For someone who prides themselves on that initial fee, I guess I see why now. Must be a high quality scam in a low quality environment. I've never seen him at work, but I'd bet he's lackluster as all get out with how unprofessional he seems.
