One of the best immigration attorneys specializes in handling complex immigration cases. After a very long, over twenty-four years of immigration journey, I finally received my permanent residence card. I’ve hired two different immigration attorneys to help me stay legally in this country. My first attorney gave me bad advice that would affect my case for the next two decades and that I would not be able to adjust my status. My second lawyer keeps charging me with all kinds of fees to keep me in this country but cannot help me get any immigration relief. In 2017, after hiring two different immigration attorneys and going to many free or paid consultations with other immigration attorneys, my wife introduced me to ms Arzani. She found out about ms Arzani when she used to work at a restaurant near her office. At this point, I’m a little bit skeptical that she would be able to help me with my case. The immigration process costs money, consumes time, causes stress and anxiety, etc. Finding a reasonable, honest attorney who is willing to fight for you, not take advantage of your hard-earned money, and is knowledgeable about the immigration process is hard to do nowadays. Yes, I paid the consultation fee. It’s not cheap. I have been to many consultations. If I had met her a long time ago, I probably wouldn’t have ended up in prolonged immigration limbo. She’s always honest about the best route to navigate your immigration journey to reach your final destination and stay here legally. What makes Ms. Arzani different from any other attorney? She asked a question that no other attorney had ever asked me. She asked if I had ever been a victim of crime here in the U.S. Yes, I have been a victim of crime back in the early 2000s. I thought what happened to me in the past would not help my immigration case. For her to help me file a U-visa from an old case that got buried almost twenty years ago is incredible. By filing the U-visa, I will be able to get my EAD. Finally, after a long wait, She was able to reopen my old case, and the judge granted me relief. Not only that, but she was also able to request the court to process my permanent resident card. Thank you so much, Ms Arzani, Maryam, and Veronica. Thank you for the quick response every time I have questions regarding my case. Thank you, Ms. Arzani. Every time I get a chance to talk to you, you are always generous enough to make sure everything is going to be okay. After a long battle, I was finally able to stay here.

It took me a year to leave this review, unfortunately I have to give her a star to be able to leave this review. My experience with this attorney was horrible, she only took $300 for a consultation that honestly wasn’t informative at all, she said I had to get a FOAI first and go back to her that she wouldn’t charge me anymore to check those papers once I got them. I asked if the money could go towards that so it at least wouldn’t go to waste and she said no that I could get it for less, unfortunately I’ve tried and can’t because I’ve been told I need an attorney for it, so she practically just stole my money. She is rude, I tried shaking her hand as I walked in and she left me hanging, she is self centered, I brought up a question and she said “oh that’s a good question that should be my next topic for a video”, seriously that’s not professional at all, she went as far as to talk bad about the Hispanic community and said that she didn’t understand how Hispanic/latin attorneys would take their clients (Hispanic/latin clients) money and not help appropriately according to her, that in her race they had a better integrity, she feels superior to other at least that’s how she made me feel, and she felt she had a better integrity she really really lacked in showing it that day. I went to her thinking she would be able to help or at least give me answers to my questions, I walked out of there feeling robbed and with no information whatsoever, I felt she shouldn’t made that comment when she in fact did the exact same thing and showed no integrity, she should have her receptionist be more clear of what information or paperwork you have to take therefore you can have a successful consultation and not just get robbed by this attorney. I really hoped this helps others, she has good reviews and that’s what made me go to her and I didn’t hesitate to go and pay $300 because I really thought she could help, my father is an old man with diabetes living alone in Mexico, he’s loosing his eyesight and just this week he found out his mother has cancer, his parents can’t no longer travel due to their age, time is running out and I had high hopes she would help me, I tried and tried to get those papers she said that were so easily to get but she forgot to mention that I needed in attorney. If you read this review I asked you please let me use that money for that, I had emailed you previously asking for that and I never got a response, you said you charged $600, I already payed you $300 please I beg you don’t let my fathers money go to waste it isn’t easy to save $300 in Mexico, I felt terrible after what I experienced at your office, to have to communicate to my dad the mistake I had made.

Nassim Arzani is the "Maestro" when it comes to immigration law, and being an ethical lawyer overall....i have NEVER met a lawyer with her passion & personal care of a client... Won't go into too much detail but to sum it up as you see from my review If you need any help with immigration paperwork, for you or anyone in your family believe me, you won't deal with anyone like Nassim...I'd say i lucked out to be her client a few years back!
