The rude way i was treated for consultation blew my mind! Sadly a five minute call where i spoke to "Lisa" in which....she asked a couple questions...checked some boxes and attempted to give a bums rush off the phone. I recognize being talked down to....and the whole conversation was practically that. Maybe my view of what a consultation should be like is skewed...i don't believe this is how it should professionally go. I wouldn't select this law service...touted as number one in texas.....for any letigous cases....just on this account! I myself had to rudely ask that I interrupt her to just ask a question......practucally had to shout the request to interrupt! Wow!
