While the process has been long and arduous, I understand that the firm is not to blame. I only realize this, however, because the staff—especially Danielle at this stage—does an excellent job of keeping me informed before I even feel the need to ask. My frustrations lie solely with my insurance company. The firm has treated me well, and their communication has been outstanding.

Recently I hired this law firm and I do no recommend. They do not answer your questions. And they did and agreement that left me with not enough money for my damages. Plus they charged 45% for attorney fees they did not defend you. I recommend you to get another lawyer not this.

Dick law firm promise that they will get me full recovery for the cost to replace my house roof from my insurance and almost they told me that I will not write check for attorney fee.after two years they sent release paper to sign it without any explanation with minimum amount of money ,tried to call about 10 times no respond. Very poor cummication. Not full file with thier promise.

They are very bad at communication submitted everything to them 2 months ago and no body is responding i have emailed them like 6 times called them like 10 times they always say let me find out whats happening with it then i dont get any revert back my last call i made it as new case applicant just to reach thrm as no body picks up calls so i had to reach to their intake department and they lady said i will give ur info to karen and she will call you o. The same day but no calls yet

The employees are very nice and they helped me over the phone. I was able to create an appointment and it all went as planned 😊
