Had an initial consult that went well. Our consult was with Tiara, and she was kind and professional. We talked about how our case would likely be successful through small claims court, and that TTBS provided hour-long advice sessions where they would be happy to provide answers to any questions we had before submitting our case. I told her that sounded amazing. Tiara reiterated this in an email follow up after our call. When we reached back out to schedule this hour long advice session, Sydnie replied and said she would be happy to get us scheduled and asked for availability. I responded and then, nothing back. I sent a few follow up emails to Tiara, Sydnie, and the generic info email. I also called the office and left two voicemails. It has been six weeks and nothing. What started out very positive and encouraging has turned very disappointing. I’m not sure I would trust a law firm that is so inconsistent and assures to support you but then ghosts you in the end.

I was working with Attorney Tiara Perkins on a case that involved a total loss in my truck. Although the process was very lengthy, she was very professional and extremely clear and thorough in keeping me informed during this process - she was even extremely accommodating to my work schedule to be available to chat with me. Even though the outcome was not fully what I wanted, she made sure that I got back most of what I was out (I was short 6k of what I was hoping, but it was due to legalities and nothing of her control), even after the other party attempted to offer me about 13k less than what I received. A win is a win. Through her hardwork and dedication, she was able to get me through this process while spending the least amount of money and coming up with a solid solution through it all. I highly recommend Attorney Perkins and her firm and will definitely be utilizing them in the future (hopefully I won't have to).

I tried working with this firm but quickly decided it was in my best interest to find another lawyer. I was told by a rather rude employee that if I wanted to hear back from the attorney or get updates from the attorney then "perhaps this is not the office for you." Furthermore, she informed me that most of the work at this office was done by the paralegals with only oversight by the attorney. At least she got one thing right - this is not the law office for me. If I am spending my hard earned money on a lawyer then I expect the lawyer to be speaking to me directly and doing the work. When people go to a surgeon, they do not expect the nurses to be doing the surgery with the surgeon just providing oversight.
