Google wasn't around when we used the firm for our immigration. it resulted in a 10year ban due to no communication between the separated client and the firm. Also, my current lawyer is having to fix everything that was filed incorrectly because at the time "it was easier and faster" to file with that type of status. Also, when trying to get all my documents back, I was told they had already destroyed them BEFORE the legal date of destruction. My advice is to question everything during the process. If you are already married, and they want to file a fiancée visa, that should be a red flag to go to another lawyer.
