We had a great experience with them during the initial consultation—but everything changed the moment we signed the paperwork. They stopped following through on their promises. They claimed to have a list of recommended places to help with our vehicle, but never provided it. It felt like they disappeared once we were officially on board. When we raised concerns and asked about withdrawing representation due to the lack of progress, our email was ignored. During that time, they began contacting our healthcare providers to increase their bill. I had to follow up with another email and a phone call just to get a response. Now, they’re placing a lien on our future settlement. They've pushed us to exaggerate our situation—like missing work unnecessarily—and tried to coach us into saying the “right” things. It feels like we’re being held hostage: either we continue working with them, or they still get paid despite doing very little. In our experience, this group has been extremely untrustworthy and manipulative. Proceed with caution.
