Brett helped me file chapter 13 and chapter 7 for my business last couple of years. He is THE BEST bankruptcy attorney I can think of. He is always able to communicate with me when I have a question with clear answers. I strongly recommend him if you have any questions about filling bankruptcies whether personal or business.

Brett and Jenn were extremely informative, patient, friendly, and thorough throughout our entire bankruptcy policy. Very grateful for them helping us get a fresh start.

Brett Wittner represented us in our Chapter 7 bankruptcy case in 2024. He was referred to us by a good friend and from our very first meeting to the our eventual discharge, Brett provided us with excellent counsel that was always on the mark. We appreciated how he handled our emotions throughout the process in a professional, yet compassionate manner. Brett was also always clear about the his strategy and never over promised nor left us without hope. We are extremely grateful to have had him guide us through this challenging time. As we were considering and reviewing different attorneys, Brett stood out among them all as the only one who reviewed our case in detail before charging us for anything. It was only until he was confident we had a good chance of winning our case, did he take us on and then requested a retainer for his fees, which were very reasonable relative to other attorneys. His professionalism and transparency was a "breath of fresh air" in a business that often is crowded with opportunistic predators trying to take advantage of folks who are in difficult situations and fearful, often due to lack of experience or education about the bankruptcy process. I would recommend Brett to anyone considering bankruptcy.

Excellent Excellent Excellent! Highly recommend for your bankruptcy. Brett Wittner, and his paralegal Jenn, were outstanding! Going through a bankruptcy is very scary. They were meticulous, highly informed, listened, answered every question quickly and with compassion, and held my hand through the entire process making it seemless and painless. I can't say enough good things. I'm so grateful I chose them to represent me. Just superb!
