My parents were recommended to this place my parents were told that this was the best lawyer to go through, but seems like it is not true. My parents trusted paralegal to turn in the paperwork to immigration. The paralegal, left this office and left my parents case on the table, like nothing happened while the office happily is still charging my parents every month. My parents called a few months later to see where the case was going because they did not receive no receipt from USCIS as they should or even just an appointment to get biometrics done that they never submitted the paperwork and they have not received anything but again happily taking my parents hard-working money. I do not recommend this place.

Ji Kim and her staff made a very complicated process simple. Her and her teams' efforts resulted in a Green Card for my wife in a reasonable time frame. All my questions through this process were answered very quickly. I had peace of mind knowing my wife was safe through this process. I honestly don’t have a good experience with this lawfirm. They changed the office location and did not update it to USCIS properly, so I will have to wait more than a month to receive my EAD for my visa (which I had to personally hire another lawyer to get it, because this lawfirm doesn’t know to how get it done or at least show an effort to look for it). And I feel like they do not value the communication with their clients. I had to make a call several times to follow up. So much of disappointment.
