I was fighting a felony case for about 2 years and my attorney was a puppet to the DA ( he wanted me to take a plea) I decided to fire him and bring in Attorney Daniel De Limon the same day. The judge was tough and wouldn’t give Attorney Daniel no days to prepare for preliminary hearings because it was scheduled for that same day. So they gave Mr Daniel and ultimatum he either goes to prelims with no days of preparation or my old attorney has to stick to the case because he has all the evidence and the judge was just tired of dragging this case longer I already had made my mind, I’m not taking no plea and the old attorney wasn’t fighting for me enough, So Mr Daniel it’s time for you to shine. The judge gives Attorney Daniel an hour to look at the case files, discovery and evidence in the case. Now we walk in to prelims, and man did Attorney Daniel do his thing. They put people on the stand and my man over her saying objection over objection, I thought I was in a law in order episode, he was actually fighting for me. The man not only avoided me from getting a felony the beast of a lawyer got my whole case dropped in the preliminary hearing, yup dropped. Salute to you Mr Daniel you are the best I’ve ever seen. Life has a tough way of sometimes throwing us a curve ball. I went through a tough time, was arrested and looking at prison time.
