I am very grateful for meeting Mr. & Mrs. Combs they are very nice and work greatly as a team. Mr. & Mrs. Combs always updated me on my case. They made sure to instruct me properly on what to do with certain forms and anything I had to do on my end. All of my questions were answered and they understood my situation. Mr. Combs told me something no other lawyer told me, he said he will show up to court on my behalf, knowing I was out of the state. My warrant was removed without me having to be there. The next court date my felony would be dropped which was another court date I did not have to attend. This helped me out tremendously! It would have been very costly for me to travel back and forth since I'm preparing for university. Knowing that, he worked really hard for me to not have to show face. Kirby represented me on three different issues. The first being a 4 count felony case involving conspiracy. I was the co-defendant and the other defendant was facing a murder charge in a separate case that eventually was all intertwined into one case. The DA was tough, although I was completely unaware of the other defendants doings at that time and I was innocent of any wrongdoings, they charged me with different multiple serious felony counts of involvement because of my relationship with that defendant on a personal level. Kirby was able to get all the felony charges dismissed and reduced to a single misdemeanor disturbing the peace conviction with minimal plea terms, including only 1yr informal probation. Once the informal probation was up, I then retained Kirby again to have that misdemeanor conviction expunged. Within weeks Kirby had that conviction and record expunged. Weeks later I retained Kirby again to expunge a DUI conviction I received over 10yrs ago. He first attempted to directly ask the DA, they refused to expunge that DUI. Those case expungements are on an individual case basis dismissed by a Judge. So once the DA refused Kirby immediately took my case to a judge and was able to get that DUI expungement for me as well. I cannot say with words how grateful I am to Kirby and to his wife Kim. Not only did they fight for me every step of the way but they showed true compassion and made sure I was always aware of everything going on. He literally saved my life from charges that could have left me behind bars for a very long time. If you're looking for a criminal defense attorney in Riverside county, look no further.
