I was in a work accident and needed representation. I originally signed with a different firm based out of Houston. I won’t get into specifics but the original firm was unresponsive and unhelpful after making very big claims initially. After around 6 months of being underrepresented, I decided to get new representation. This firm. (Byrd, Davis, Alden & Henrichson) came recommended by my grandfather, who was an attorney in Dallas. I also did research on board certified attorneys in the Austin area. Robby Alden showed as a double board certified attorney. If a loved one got hurt, I would not let them be represented by any other personal injury firm. I was represented by Robby Alden, but I am sure all of the attorneys that work at this firm are fantastic. Personal injury attorneys are not all created the same. In my experience a lot of them will oversell and underperform. It can be extremely frustrating. They will say anything to get you to sign with them, especially if you have a worthwhile case. When I met Robby , it was the opposite. He did not try to sell him self. He was pragmatic about the situation and I thank god I signed with this firm. I am a better person having gone through this. We recently settled and it’s been over two years. I have no idea where I would be without this team. I could write a ten page essay and it would not do justice to how grateful I am to everyone who helped me along the way. It’s been a long and difficult road. If you are reading this review, I want you to know that you’re looking in the right direction. I would recommend reaching out if you need representation for personal injury. There is no better firm in my opinion. In my mind they are miracle workers.
